3.2 You agree to provide accurate shipment details, including pick-up and delivery addresses, dimensions, and any special handling requirements.
4. Payment
4.1 Payments for transportation services are out of the App. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your bookings. The payments for the drivers are processed by the customer.
4.2 Payment information provided by you must be accurate and valid. Any disputes regarding payments should be reported to our customer support team.
5. Shipment Tracking
5.1 The App may provide shipment tracking features. While we make every effort to provide accurate tracking information, we do not guarantee real-time tracking accuracy.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 You may cancel a booking according to the cancellation policy provided on the App. Refund eligibility depends on the specific circumstances and the terms of the transportation provider.
7. Liability
7.1 We are not a transportation service provider. We are a platform connecting users with transportation service providers. We are not liable for any acts or omissions of transportation providers.
7.2 You agree that the transportation provider is solely responsible for the transportation service, including the safety of your shipment.
8. User Conduct
8.1 You agree not to misuse the App, engage in unlawful activities, or infringe upon the rights of others.

By using the Shipment Transportation App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOMER
- A customer is a registered entity with the service provider who sends and receives goods with the help of vehicle drivers and the service provider. Customers raise their requests for vehicles, either through a mobile application or a webpage. Customer is either a consigner or a consignee.
- The Company is not responsible for any breakage/leakage/damage to the goods in transit due to improper packaging/loading/stacking of the material. No certificate will be issued for such events by the company.
- All liquids, oil, ghee, fruits, and vegetables will be carried at Owner’s Risk only. Dangerous and Inflammable goods will not be carried by the company. The company is not responsible for the goods declared contraband by any Government Authority.
- Consignor is fully responsible for all consequences of any incorrect declarations/incorrect documentations while dispatching the goods.
- Delivery of the goods to its consignee party will be made as soon as possible in the same order and conditions as received from the consignor, but the company will not be responsible for any delay, damage, breakage, pilferage, evaporation, effects of temperature, weather conditions, strikes, lockouts, riots, civil or political disturbance, explosion, theft, fire, or accident of the vehicle by which goods are being transported.
- Where the goods have been lost, or destroyed, have deteriorated, the company has no responsibility.
- Where the goods have been lost, destroyed, damaged, or have deteriorated, the compensation payable by the company shall not exceed the value declared in the consignment note (check it out).
- HAULEER WHEELS Pvt Ltd shall have the right to dispose of the goods lying undelivered after 24 hours of arrival or without any notice and not liable for any compensation for the goods and will collect the amount of freight.
- The goods should be unloaded within 15 hours after its arrival at the destination; failing to do so will be liable for remunerations to the drivers, by the consignor or consignee.
- In case of any claim regarding damages or shortages of the material, the same should be notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery time failing.
- The goods will be delivered against all the charges to the consignee. In case the weight exceeds the specified value, the consignor/consignee will be liable to pay freight for extra (additional) weight and penalties at the check posts if any, along with earlier approved freight charges.
- In case the goods are required to be called back due to any reason, the company will not be bound to carry material back except the condition acceptable to the company itself against full freight charges.
- All Disputes will be settled at Ernakulam Jurisdiction only.
- The Consignor is liable to go through the above Terms & Conditions of HAULEER WHEELS PVT LTD carefully before dispatching any of its goods & these conditions are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY (CONSIGNEE/CONSIGNOR)
- The customer should inform the company in case they have to cancel the transshipment booking at the earliest.
- The customer has no right to cancel the shipment after dispatch. In case of cancellation after dispatch, the customer must give the compensation.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on our app.
